This is a real help for those Celiacs with a sweet tooth. But this doesn’t mean it is not more difficult. It is still a challenge to make those baked goods just as good as normal.

125g of melted butter

It is important however to use high quality self-raising flour, or you’ll notice that they are gluten-free. The key with coping with a constricted diet is to try new things all the time, and ensure that you don’t get too bored cooking with the same recipes all the time.
